Brian is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and co-owner of Honey B Aesthetics with more than a decade of experience in anesthesia care. He earned his nursing degree from Rockhurst University in 2007 and completed his anesthesia training at the University of Missouri–Kansas City in 2013. With extensive expertise across a variety of surgical settings, Brian expanded his practice in 2022 by training in neuromodulators and dermal fillers under nationally recognized expert Rana Kennelly. His dedication to safety, precision, and patient-centered care makes him a trusted provider in both anesthesia and aesthetics.

In addition to his role at Honey B Aesthetics, Brian continues to work full time as a nurse anesthetist at a local hospital. Alongside his wife and co-owner, Sara, he is proud to be raising their three boys. Outside of work, Brian enjoys coaching his sons’ sports teams, traveling, and spending quality time with family.

As Co-Owner of Honey B Aesthetics, Sara Bendorf brings a unique blend of warmth, organization, and a passion for helping people feel their best. She earned her Master’s in Education and spent years teaching before stepping away from the classroom over a decade ago to raise her three incredible boys. Though she left full-time teaching, Sara has continued tutoring over the years, keeping her love for education alive.

Known for her attention to detail and genuine care for people, Sara ensures that every client feels welcomed, supported, and valued. Outside the hive, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family/friends. Her background in education and her heart for people shine through in everything she does, making her a vital part of the Honey B Aesthetics experience.

Cameron began her journey at the University of Kansas, where she spent two years dancing on the KU Dance Team before earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Research College of Nursing in 2023. She currently works as an Ortho-Neuro nurse at Menorah Medical Center, where she continues to build her clinical expertise and provide compassionate, high-quality care.

Alongside her hospital work, Cameron has found her passion in aesthetic nursing as a nurse injector, with a special love for dermal fillers. She combines her medical background with an artistic eye to deliver natural, confidence-boosting results that leave clients feeling refreshed and beautiful.

Outside of work, Cameron enjoys staying active, teaching dance to kids, spending quality time with her family, and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs—especially during her favorite season, fall, when cozy vibes, football Sundays, and crisp weather are in full swing.

Stacia is a highly skilled and compassionate nurse with a strong foundation in patient care and a passion for helping clients look and feel their best. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Missouri–Kansas City in 2013 and went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Capella University in 2023.

With 12 years of experience in various areas of nursing, Stacia developed exceptional clinical expertise, attention to detail, and a gentle, patient-centered approach—all of which she brings to her aesthetic practice today. She values building meaningful relationships with her clients and takes pride in delivering safe, natural, and confidence-boosting results.

Outside of her professional life, Stacia is a proud wife of 10 years and the devoted mom of a wonderful daughter and a rescue dog. She is passionate about balancing career, family, and self-care, and she brings that same holistic perspective to her clients’ aesthetic journeys.

Lauren Martin brings over 12 years of nursing experience to her role. She earned her degree from Graceland University and graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Saint Luke's College of Health Sciences. Throughout her career, she has worked in diverse areas of care including Labor and Delivery, Mother-Baby, Pediatrics, NICU, as well as, Infusion and Wellness nursing.

Lauren is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care and does so by striving to ensure that every patient and family feels supported, respected and heard. Lauren values teamwork and leadership in every setting she serves. She takes pride in supporting patients and families through some of life's most meaningful moments as well as building relationships and helping individuals feel and look their best!

Outside of nursing, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband, her high school sweetheart of 12 years, and their three children—8-year-old Maddie and 6-year-old twins, Brady and Bailey. She also enjoys photography as a creative outlet and coaching her daughter's cheerleading team.

Lilly is a Licensed Esthetician in Missouri and Kansas with a passion for helping people feel beautiful, confident, and cared for in their own skin. She graduated from Paul Mitchell, where she was honored on the Dean’s List for her dedication and excellence in Esthetics.

With a strong foundation in skin care and a love for building genuine connections, Lilly combines her knowledge, attention to detail, and gentle touch to deliver results that leave clients glowing and refreshed inside and out. She believes true beauty comes from confidence, and she strives to help each person feel their very best.

Outside of the treatment room, Lilly enjoys spending time with family, and practicing self-care. She brings this same balance of warmth and professionalism into her work, making every client’s visit both refreshing and empowering.

Pearl studied esthetics at Paul Mitchell – The School in Overland Park, KS, where she developed expertise in facials, advanced skincare techniques, and treatments tailored to each client’s unique needs.  As a licensed esthetician in both Kansas and Missouri, she possesses a deep understanding of skincare techniques alongside a spirit for connecting with people. Whether it’s a relaxing facial or a confidence-boosting rejuvenating treatment, her goal is always to enhance natural beauty and promote self-care.

Outside the treatment room, Pearl enjoys spending time with friends, exploring coffee shops around town, playing with her Bernese Mountain Dog, Georgia, and indulging her love for fashion and shopping.

With more than 12 years of healthcare management experience, Kim brings a wealth of knowledge and organization to Honey B Aesthetics. She plays a key role in keeping the Hive running smoothly, ensuring clients feel supported from the moment they schedule to the time they walk through our doors. Her own journey with alopecia has inspired her to be a passionate advocate for women experiencing hair loss and other aesthetic challenges.

Kim is married and the proud mom of two amazing children. She loves spending time with family and friends and believes in the importance of self-care, which shines through in both her personal and professional life.

Her warmth, dedication, and resilience make her an invaluable part of our team.

A board-certified gastroenterologist, Dr. Grewal believes that feeling good about yourself is an important part of overall health. As our medical director, he oversees clinical protocols and ensures our treatments meet the highest standards of safety and care.

He was drawn to collaborate with Brian and Sara because he connected with their vision of blending wellness and aesthetics in a meaningful way. Dr. Grewal is a father of three and enjoys traveling in his free time. His thoughtful, balanced approach to health and wellness makes him a great fit for our team.
